So that homeless thieves have a place to sleep?
Thieves don’t need a place to sleep. They have your house. Go check your bed right now, if you’re fast you can catch them, use Sic ‘em first though or they’ll just stealth out of there.

Though honestly, park benches, add in a bit of flower boxes and grass. The RPers would very much appreciate it.
Also make them properly interactive so that the players don’t have to fine tune their /sit commands just to fit properly onto the benches. Press E to sit. Make barstools in the pubs interactive as well.
Were talking about satisfying a big chunk of the player base here. It’s so simple yet so grand.
It’s a votive statue, generally speaking one should kneel in front of them because sitting, on a provided bench no less, is disrespectful.
Speaking of which, is there a kneel emote? Pretty sure we only have /sit.
