I read the 1/3 notes, some Winter’s Day and yet another Mesmer nerf (the only thing guaranteed to happen every patch).
I’m doing some fractals, and a lot of things seem to have changed. But there’s nothing about it in the patch notes…hmm…must be observer error I suppose?
