Guild Wars 2

This quest step is just stupidly too hard. It’s hard to the extent that I can not finish the quest by myself, and I don’t think this is a problem with my skill. This NPC Doc Howler shouldn’t even be part of the quest; she was supposedly arrested in the previous quest, which was also a bit too hard. At least the previous personal story quest could still be won after a few deaths, but this one can not. I can not beat Doc Howler’s poison and she resets every-time i go down, so it’s completely impossible for me to win. This is a level 10 personal story quest and I don’t think I should need to get help with it, nice job guys.

I was able to solo all my personal story quests on my Norn Elementalist, up to the first level 80 quest, beyond that I got help. And I’ve been able to solo all my personal story quests on a Charr Guardian up to level 60, which is as far as I’ve gone. Why make the game harder for human characters? I just don’t understand it.

Logan Thackery isn’t smart enough to notice that I’m dying out there and never comes to my rescue. Obviously he was dumb enough to let Doc Howler go, when he knew that they were going to try to kill me. And all this after I let my best friend die for the cause! It just doesn’t make sense.

The lack of comments is better than flames I suppose, but it doesn’t help the folks at ArenaNet decide to take action.

There wasnt any trouble with Doc Howler in that tavern for my thief. IIRC i was in double pistol/shortbow build: chain blinds helped a lot. But then again – i saved Quinn so he was helping me there (he is useless anyway).

I’m sure a whole lot of people managed to get through that content the way it is but, for a level 15 mesmer in mediocre gear its impossible. What level do i really need to be in order to finish this level 10 quest; 35 in rare gear? Maybe I just need some help, but I don’t think I should need help.
