Personality should affect your Stats.

No way. Those numbers are way too big for something that you just have to talk to an NPC to increase. The suggestion itself is okay, I don’t see the point of it other than to add meaning to a useless function in the game. But then again to me, not everything needs to be relative to your stats.
Edit: pfft grammer
The devs don’t care about WvW so I’m gonna kill players in PvE!

How are they too big?

Because 180 Precision would increase your critical chance by about 8% and that is quite a bit.

Honestly if anything; it should give you new dialogue options like in many of the fine games produced by Bethesda. Nothing to affect the game outright, just something fun for the sake of being fun.

They do. Some dialog choices only appear if you have high enough of one of the three. Sometimes an NPC may have one option for each personality type, with each option doing the same thing, and you’ll only see one. Those choices are often inconsequential, but for some renown hearts, having certain personality types can save you a fight.
I disagree with having any stats on it. Imagine having to grind out a personality change when switching build just for the stats you want? Or “LF1M Barbaric only!” ?
I support this idea.
It’s too easy too change it, because there are lots of situations in which you can simply repeat a dialogue over and over.
I mean more options for unique dialogue; add some flavor to your character kind of like how … SW:TOR did; right now our characters seem very shallow and empty in their dialogue. Maybe add more NPC’s you can pick fights w/, flirt w/, etc…
Personality should affect your appearance not stats. Just like in Mass Effect or Start Wars games.
If you are aggressive than you should look more kitten maybe with some scars and such…
If you use charm maybe you should look prettier, something sexy, i dont know… something nice so you can actually charm something
And if you use dignity you should have some faint glow around you or something…
But all these wont happen so i wont put much hope on it…

Maybe new emotes for them, but not a stat bonus. Even 10 precision from dignity or freocity or charisma is an unfair advantage, its the same reason anet didn’t keep racial traits throughout the beta.
break. I feel like they should be back by now..”
