Plague uses only conditions, so why does it provide a power boost? Lich Form benefits from both power and precision boosts but Plague does not benefit from the power. Extra toughness and vitality make it a great tanky elite but the power is wasted. I think Plague should be changed to boost condition damage instead of power.
