Guild Wars 2

Hey people of Arena Net!
I have an idea that could be implemented in the game to consume time off of players and give Guilds a new challenge to complete.
I think it would be a great idea to have Player homes in a phased area where people could enter by looking at a huge list of phased zones that look the same but have lots for sale. I would say that around 100 phased neighborhoods for each major city.
These land plots should also have Guild homes, these homes are able to be accessed by being a certain rank or friend on an exclusive list or party.

These houses should have a system of being able to rotate/move furniture and earn furniture through in game gold or money. IF anyone has any ideas, please put them below and it would be amazing to see a Forum manager reply to this.

I would love to see player housing come to Guild Wars 2, and I think that maybe the player homes should have a layer of customization to your character and also be functional, and have a personal bank or safe at your house. I think you have some great ideas as well.
