For the time being, a player is granted all honor and score by finishing off a downed player. This is very wrong. It does not only introduce a trend of mindless “Finish Him” rushing, but also twists the correct claim for the kill. The one who puts a player into Downed State should be equally awarded as the one who finishes the downed player.

In PvP (with scoreboards) remove “Kills” with “Score”, and make it so you get 1 point if an enemy is finished in the Downed State you put in him, and 1 point for finishing off a player in Downed State.
In WvW, grant a “Kill assist” to the one who downs a player which is then finished by himself or another player. Grant an “Assist” to anyone aiding the fight where the enemy is downed and finished. Grant a “Kill” for the one finishing off someone in Downed State.

“Kill assist” and “Kill” should be equally awarded, and “Assist” should be awarded less. (Considering experience and stats).
