The ones I know of:

Signet of Resolve
Signet of Renewal
Signet of Water
The Guardian’s Purity trait.

While these are very useful, they’re often difficult to work with because in the midst of combat, it’s difficult to tell whether they cured a condition or if that condition just timed out.

This leads to needlessly wasting active condition-curing abilities on conditions that may not be affecting me anymore.

Something as small as a small puff of bright-coloured air with a sighing sound (like you exhaled the condition) would go a long way in performance-feedback.

If there already is a cue, I’d like to know, because I sure as heck haven’t noticed one
