My forum experience would be greatly enhanced if I never, ever, had to see posts made by particular individuals. Would you please add the ability to ignore someone, effectively making them disappear forever?

Can you not just, like, not read the post?

I don’t think that would work. Someone may end up quoting the ignored person and you would end up seeing their post.

In which case, just ignoring as a feature might utterly void the context of that other person’s post.

To OP: I’m sorry. I’m just trying to wrap my head around why such a feature would even be needed >.<

I have seen a Troll in lion’s arch that constantly babbles on about Canada’s lack of freedom. I want to see chat there, but not his. That is why an ignore function is needed.
