Especially for Heart of the Mists in tpvp. I am in Anvil Rock and there is a drought in the selection of players I would like to play with. I am r50, and by adding an interserver chat everyone could easily group with a wide range of players. I know this would be beneficial for the entire tpvp community.
It would also help for dungeons if you do not care what language the other person speaks. Sure through overflow you can already team up but that’s about it.
