Please, bring back the aura around targets
I agree they should bring back the aura. Easy fix to the distance issue. Give us an actual number next to the targets health bar so we now how far they are. If we have a 1200 range let us see a number so we know how close to 1200 we are.

It would be nice to be able to have BOTH auras and rings at the same time, allowing for better distance gauging and also targeting (Since the ring is nigh useless in a large scale fight, be it lots of people smashing a large target or a lot of trash mobs)
With options to enable/disable one or both.

OMG! Thanks for linking that video. I wasn’t even aware of it when I made this suggestion some time ago.
So really they already have it in the system, why on earth did they remove it? Aesthetically it looks fine to me and it separates the targeted enemy from the rest! Oh please bring this back! Thank you.
It’ll be nice as an option:
- Selected target marker:
- Aura (what this suggests)
- Ring (the current one)
- Arrow (like the crosshair over a selected target, gets replaced by the corsshair if a target has it)
- Aura & Ring
- Aura & Arrow
- Ring & Arrow
- All
- None (I don’t know why anyone would want this, but hey, it’s an option!)
Do not make it default but as an option. I want my game to look realistic not like some cartoon. I always use tab to select targets or even bind some key for it
