I bought the permanent trading post contract because i trade RLY much
But i’m not 100% happy with it:
When I double-click it, a tp-guy spawns and stays for 5 minutes
Now I can interact with him to open the TP window
After 5 minutes the TP-guy dies and the window closes, no matter if i’m searching stuff or whatever
I think that is completely annoying, its a real pain in the kitten
I dont need the TP-guy to search stuff or list my items, the only reason why I call him is to get the stuff out of the TP to my inventory
So why should the window close? That happens to me more than 5 times a day and i hate it
Why dont make the TP contract work like the permanent bank-access? Simply no guy that spawns, only a window that opens and I can use it all the time
I’m the only one who can interact with the TP-guy, cause the contract is personal only
So it is pointless to let him spawn (only reason i see is to troll other people who see the TP-sign on the map and run to me)
And even the 5 minutes limit is pointless, because i already bought the permanent contract and its account bound and its personal

I cant see any reason why it works like that and i hate it ._.’

But i love the permanent bank-access
And i love the rest of the game

Talk to him to retrieve your items, then press O.

That only works if i walk away from him, but thats not the point

So I guess im the only one who cares about that? ^^

I see no reason why we’d need to double click the item every 5 minutes if all other permanent items work without npc’s.

Why can’t we just use it permanently without double-clicking it every 5 mins?

+1 because it’s quality of life, even if, for someone like me, it’ll never come up. (don’t have a TP contract, and don’t foresee myself ever getting one.) Ease of use should be the primary concern when programming things like these. Well, right after a functionality check, anyway.

Why not just have it so that if it’s in your inventory the game pretends there’s a Black Lion Trader next to you at all times. Then, you can just press O and retrieve, etc. Double Clicking it would just be the same as pressing O.

Esplen, that’s a perfect solution.
