Please fix karma!!!!1!
The thing is, when you were getting a Jug of Karma from the daily, every other source of karma was literally a waste of time.
And honestly, it’s not going to take you a year of “grinding” to get the 525,000 Karma for the 250 stack of Obsidian Shards. Well, if all you do is your daily and monthly, it will take you a bit of time.

made 250k karma or something on 2 days, just grinding fractals like a maniac, but nobody wants to do 10hrs of fractals every day….. imo the nerf was too strong, it had een enuf to remove ~70%, not 95%
I completely agree in general karma should be increased/ brought back in improved ways if not the way it was.
The only ways I see to gain karma is through dynamic events/ dungeons/ wvw.
I’m excluding fractals because apparently you have to be lower levels to attain it.
(according from what I’ve seen myself)
Also, keep the karma jugs out of the daily if need be, if it was removed to begin with because so many people were ignoring the other ways to gain karma, increase karma gained through those ways instead as opposed to completely minimizing to how it is now.
But all this grind just to earn less than 500 karma per event is ridiculous. And running Tequatl relying on chance that the event might succeed isn’t enough. If this game was supposed to be casual player friendly, it’s definitely not seeming like it.
Do the Queensdale champ farm, that will earn you karma with every champion since they’re events. My friend is currently doing that to earn karma for shards and she’s earning it quick.
For reference, info on karma from fractals:

Optimum karma is for playing a fractal 10 levels lower than your personal level. Get your personal level to 11, and completing fractal level 1 will give you 6480 karma (before boosters). Run level 10 with a personal level of 20+ and you can get over 7k per run.
Daily used to give 4.5k karma. Even taking into account that karma boosts were more efficient on the liquid karma, if you just substitute a fractal run for your daily achievement routine, I believe you come out ahead.
Overall, karma is easier to get now than when the game launched: more boosters and banners and more sources, including liquid karma from numerous sources. Plus: it’s account bound now, so it pools from all your characters.
If you play casually, expect a casual amount of karma.
