I know there are many issues and bug fixes that are going on, but I’m hoping that at some point in time we can get MM/MM:CE as account bound instead of soul bound.

I realize this was addressed for items in later events, so I’m just hoping that eventually it can be uniform for all event items.

i wish it too… by the time i could get the complete edition my main character was a ranger, and my mesmer had no hope to running in those map to get the complete edition… now, that i use mainly the mesmer i cannot equip the complete edition because is soulbound to the ranger…

Yeah I think all holiday items such as that should be account bound the way they did the wintersday gift bag backpacks. I too would like to be able to move my mad memories around. Since there is no white rarity back slot item I know of to transmute it to and make it account bound I think we’re out of luck

I need this too. My mad memories are going to waste….

I’m betting they will make it account bound eventually, since the wintersday ones were. Just not a top priority, never hurts to express our desire for it though I guess. Yeah, make em account bound plz.

You guys can tranfer mad memories over to another character. At least I was able too at the start of the month using the stratgey shown here by Dontain:

I used it to give MM to my fire themed char.

they won’t make it account bound. The Wintersday event had you go into an instance where you were up leveled to 80 so anyone could do it with any character. You got one set of account bound rewards. The Halloween Scavenger Hunt wasn’t an instance as you had to travel map to map up to a level 55 area. It also took 2 to 3 hours to find all 12 tomes. But that wasn’t stopping people from grouping up in parties so that level 5 to 20’s could follow 55+ and get the quests done. I have had 8 characters since day 1, but 4 or 5 of them were still below level 10 during halloween. Didn’t stop me from getting Mad Memories:CE on all 8. Just had to invest the time into it.

But ya, follow Kaaboose’s advise and jump through those transmutation hoops to get it from one toon to another.

Personally, I think the Mad Memories Scavenger Hunt will be back next Halloween. So you could always wait and see.
