And yet GW2 PvP ranks are account bound.
People simply accept the fact that others (like me) might want to have different abilities on different characters, which would be quite hard until you had unlocked EVERYTHING with the account bound ranks.

For me i dont like it account bound if you know how to play with Ele you shouldn’t have the same rank when you play with a class you dont like ( warrior for example ) same for spvp they shouldn’t make it account bound ..

Those bonuses are just too small to be restricted to one character.
Id like them to be account bound too. This game has very little “grind” to it, but WvW ranks is a massive grind, especially if you want to be able to use different characters and still reap the benefits.
