strangely I found nothing in the forums about this, or maybe I was looking in the wrong direction.
So here goes.
In the game, if we want to post an item, waypoint, etc. we need to use the shift key.
I don’t know if it’s hardcoded, but is there any chance, we might get the possibility to remap “chat linking”?
I put my dodge on the Shift key, just because it’s so easy to reach and the reason I don’t like it on other keys. Don’t get me started on double tap.
You would make me so happy, if this would come in the future. I can’t tell you how often I fell from a cliff, dodged into a mob or something else unintended, just because I wanted to post an item/waypoint and forgot to activate chat first.
Even if I activated the chat first, sometimes the mouse deactivates it, if I clicked somewhere. If it’s a really hectic phase (Big event, boss fight, etc.), then it’s starts to get on my nerves.
I don’t know, if I’m the only one with this problem, but maybe… just maybe, I will see some patchnotes, regarding this, that will make my day. ;D
