Hello ArenaNet. You have lot of Prototype Fractal Capacitors with the usual combinations of stats, except for +Power +Toughness and +Healing. This is my main build and really enjoy using it.

I have yet to find a Rare/Exotic back piece with these stats combinations and I feel a lot of others with Healing builds would really appreciate this being added.

I also want this. Even none of the exotic ones in FotM give healing power.
