Will we ever be able to see this stat combination

This stat combination is already available in pvp via the knight amulet, but the pve counterpart grants toughness instead of vitality.
I often find myself having more issues with condition damage rather than direct physical damage (that I know how to avoid) and therefore I tend to prefer a larger healthpool rather than an increased defense.
So, what about adding this stat combination to the list? Actually, what about adding any other stat combination as well? Like, Vitality/toughness/conditiondamage
