Prayer to Dwayna

This is a relatively useless skill. The healing on it isn’t all that great and the recharge is about the same as most heal skills, if not longer.

Change this skill to reflect more of the “monk” style in guild wars. Make it give healing to you and all allies in a small radius. It would still not be as powerful as a profession heal, but this change would at least make it an interesting option to work with.

From the smallest blade of grass to the largest mountain, where life goes—so, too, should you.

racial skills are designed to be comparatively weak so people dont feel pressured into playing certain races (though there are some exceptions… leopard form/hidden pistol is a god send for necros for example… which is bad… because necros are better off being charr/norn)
