Suppose I had a “Berserker Cabalist Coat”, and I transmuted it onto a new item which was say, an exotic “Celestial Exalted Coat”.
Please have the new item adopt the prefix (if such one exists, and usually uses a prefix), so the new item would become “Celestial Cabalist Coat”. This way, the item’s prefix would accurately show the stats of the item, rather than it lying outright to the player.
Obviously, for items which do not have prefix names such as Profane Greatcoat, named armor, order armor, and others, they would not show a prefix as usual.
Picture attached is something to make OCD players cry – named berserker armor with celestial stats. 
Ideally, after transmuting, the item should read as “Celestial Cabalist Coat”.
