Whenever someone of another race is talking about how their armor looks, the only way to show it is to meet up somewhere, because preview always show how the item would look on you.
It happened a while ago when a Sylvari friend of mine had some comments on how the Masquerade set looks on her, and me playing an Asura had no way of actually knowing what she was talking about.
So my suggested improvement/solution to this is to have “mannequins” representing generic members of each race in the preview window. Meaning if I want to see how item X would look on a Human as well as on a Charr, I could just flip through a menu instead of having to create an entirely different character just to preview an item. Male/female options should be included as well, of course.
