Would be nice if we can have profession change option, which probably would cost gems. I’m tired of going through the maps again and again.

The way I see it, the different professions and races are meant to be for your ‘replayability’ of the game. Unfortunately in my opinion, the developers dropped the ball somewhat in that:

1. The racial storylines were somewhat short, they merged way too soon into the final quest line, and they didn’t engage the players’ imagination and involvement well enough.

2. They didn’t account for making unique storylines based on profession or class which very well could be side stories or completely parallel stories to the main storyline.

Rather than a profession or race change option, I would rather prefer that the developers work on adding more racial based stories as well as introduce profession/class based stories that allow player many more alternatives to leveling and progressing through the game. I mean you would still need to do the main storyline if you want to ‘beat’ the game, but the alternative stories would help, if done right, in keeping interest in the existing maps while affording players more variety in their character progression.

I disagree with profession changing, even at the cost of money/gold. The point of the game is not to bypass doing actual work to level your character.

All ppl want race change but u must understand… It’s stupid idea, if Arena Net add it GW2 will not make sense.

Oh sorry… profession change… yeah… xD
