Well, till “join solo” button I didn’t experience so many leavers or afkers like now. Is there anything are you going to do about it Anet? If yes, just tell me I’ll wait but so far I don’t know.

Debuff when leaving / kick after few minutes of AFK in tournament (that is probably there already, not sure havent tried it). This debuff was in GW 1 I think and it worked well, at least you knew you are not going to get that guy again in your team. There is a great example how to deal with it in League of Legends in case of report for leaving, afk etc. What I have in mind is something like big debuff for certain number of reports. You leave this many games, you get one day debuff, you continue leaving, 3 day debuff, 7 day, 30 days. Also if you leave one game like 5-10 minutes at least.

Sure, some people get disconnected but they are not going to have many leaves and also, they try to get back. So maybe delete all leaves after a month and start count again. For those who would have 7 day debuff or left a lot of games there shouldn’t be any clean list even after that month, because they just like leaving. Hot join is fine when you leave, but debuff for tournaments would be awesome. It gets really annoying if someone is afk only because he is losing, he has nothing to do in PvP with this attitude.

And yes, I’m talking just about one round tournament here I wasn’t doing much three round ones lately but still, its a tournament, its something more than just hot join PvP so there should really be some rules. PvP is my main focus even tho I play it casualy so far without a pro team but when even League of Legends has lower number of leavers / afkers, thats a bad sign.
