We can discuss this endless indeed but in this game i never get the feeling of beein better or wors then someone else i dont get the feeling iam a hero. I can understand that some ppl would be anoying by one hitting world events or ernything but where is the point of lvl ing you character if u get downscaled every time u enter a lower lvl zone.? this is rly the reason why iam quitting GW2 and alot of ppl i know feel the same! Always will there be ppl nooo let it on nooo put it off and so we can discuss days and days well Eazy solution… At least it sounds eazy…. Just make a server where ppl can choose like if u want pvp or Pve make one where u choose To play with or without the lvl Scaling a server with and a server without… Its so anoying and this is what made me quit GW2 Srr becouse this Game is RLY the BEST i ever seen just a pitty of that lvl scaling..

You do maintain a huge advantage in that you get to keep all of your Traits.

Have you tried fighting in Queensdale as a lvl 80 player with exotic gear? It’s pretty easy. Personally I am very thankful for down-levelling as without it, I probably wouldn’t even bother returning to the beginner areas as they would be waaaay too easy

First you have traits. And if you can 1 hit everyone dead , what is the fun about that? Second its prety easy to do low lvl zones with full exotic gear and good traits.

I don’t understand what the OP is talking about… going back to low-level zones you have all your traits plus even though you’re down-leveled for the level in that particular area you’re still +1 of most of that area’s mobs or so.

Hit once or twice and you flatten all mobs with the terrain, I feel every bit a strong hero!

have fun getting lvl 15 gear from the shadow behemoth chest my friend.^^

and if you do not feel strong in lowie areas as lvl 80 it might be because your ARE NOT STRONG. if you have exotic gear (or even with rare gear) you pretty much roflstomp through every huge mob-wave that comes at you.
