Guild Wars 2

Thanks to the new achievement layout and chests there are a select few items we can unlock to re-skin some weapons and armor, it would be great if we were able to use this panel to re-acquire some of the items we have gathered from doing the living story such as the Sclerite Karka Shell, fused gauntlets or mad kings memoirs.
I’m sure there are many people that have mistakenly removed the items or transfused the wrong skin.

This would also allow future items to unlock on the panel instead of take another inventory/bank slot. Minipets are obviously fine since they have a bank space.

I didn’t want to use my Shattered Dragon wings for a long time because I was like… it’s a back piece… so I can’t use the white item xmute trick to make it account bound and put it on another character… if I give it to one character I’m stuck. Ended up making it an SPvP item just so I’d never have to choose.

I couldn’t agree more.
The skins are acc. bound, they wouldn’t flood the market. Achievements are acc. wide, so why can’t I use the skins I earned in multiple characters? I can use titles on multiple characters.
About the minis, as long as you can’t throw them in the MF, I see no problem.

I think you can if you use one of those plush backpack sets. They come with a white back piece.

Probably, but that’s crazy expensive just to save a skin. :/ The real point is that it’s super frustrating having to “choose” all the time knowing that I can never get an item again. It’s all well and good for something to be rare… but one time only? Meh…

[Edit] I still haven’t chosen my Fused Gauntlets for that reason.

+1 needs to be implemented. Or the PvE locker.

Also 1 time gem store purchases like roxx quiver. My ranger will never be able to change skins without losing it or grinding another ascended fotm backpack.

I want to muck around with different skin set ups but there’s no way to do this without paying the ultimate price of losing a 1 time only skin. Should be a top priority for pve content.

I ended up putting my shattered wings skin on my Sclerite backpack after upgrading that to Ascended – its account bound rather than soulbound so I can move the wings around (amongst my 80s anyway) if I like.
