I am writing to you, because I would like to ask you about my Character – Biorn Foffson. I have been playing him for a 2 months and I really like him. But I noticed that my Norn doesn’t fits me for now with his appearance. I spent so much time playing him, creating some serious stuff or even farming a lot of dungeons or events, so I can’t just make another character. My question is: is there going to be this kind of option (like in a title) soon? I hope you will answer me soon.

The files are there so they’re in the works. I am in the same boat as my Norn could use some spiffing up.

Thank goodness! My only regret in making my character was not paying attention to the height slider (and thus, being very very very short compared to everyone else).

Thanks for all responds but I would like to hear it from the ANet Support ; )

Also add the ability to change underwear. Yuck!
