  1. Unlike the test dummies in Heart of the Mist – would be more beneficial to actually have NPC dummies that do not die so we can consistently test dps and ramp up skills (e.g. might stacking, condition damage stacking, etc.) as some fights do take time (champs, bosses, etc)
  1. Also NPC with <50% HP as some skills require low HP for their effect to trigger.
  1. why have test dummy npcs that die if “on kill” effects are not triggered by their “death”?? May wanna reconsider for testing purposes in HoM area. Of course remove all buffs when leaving the zone to prevent exploits.

Thinking of the “Master of Damage” from gw1. Would give you your DPS, and your single highest hit. We need him back.
