The necromancer’s Reanimator trait is pretty useless. It spawns a jagged horror which quickly degenerates, does very little damage, and has no purpose. (It also causes a bug.)
I think it would be cool to remove the jagged horror and instead have the Reanimator spawn a bone minion per kill.
Furthermore, instead of capping a maximum of 1 jagged horror at a time, you should be able to have up to 3 active bone minions at a time.
Consequences:
- a petmancer would be able to raise a pretty decent force of pets from killing foes, rather than just one useless, self-destructing jagged horror.
- bone minions are weak and feeble, so this would give a good way of ‘refreshing’ them.
- the ‘summon bone minions/explosion’ ability would stay unchanged — in fact, it would be buffed by this change, because you would be able to use the explosion more often as your ammo would automatically restocks when you kill things.
