I’ve found that many of the recipes out in the world sold by karma vendors don’t reflect what you actually learn.

Examples:
“Recipe: Darkvine Gloves” teaches leather workers how to make “Leather Gloves”.
“Recipe: Atzintli’s Spear” teaches weapon smiths how to make… some spear. I think it’s Quetzal Spear, not positive.
“Recipe: Owl Amulet” teaches jewel crafters to make some amulet, my best guess is “Jeweler’s Broach” but again I’m not sure.

I could go on, but you get the point. I’d like to see which one I just learned, rather than trying to memorize what I have beforehand and learn the recipe to compare what’s new. A chat message “You have learned how to make Giant Purple Monkeys” would be fine. Or ideally, match the name of the recipe to the item it creates.

In many cases this is already in place. The “Recipe: Warden Rations” makes (surprise!) Warden Rations. Just not sure why many of them have mismatched names.

I agree.

I also think the tooltip for the recipes on the vendors should give more information on the actual items that are made using that particular recipe. Basically the tooltip for the recipe to be purchased should also bring up a tooltip for the item beside it.
