Granted this post was created months ago, but we still have this problem.
Even if a few players push back against the Bandits there’s barely a second before the swarming begins anew.

Still a problem with the spawn times, I want to revive all the NPCs but I have to clear the endless amount of bandits before I can do that. A-Net should really fix this spot, I can’t last more than 1 minute fighting these guys. Plus the Veteran in the area prevents me from even talking to the heart NPC because it’s on the path to the heart from the waypoint and is near impossible to beat alone what with all of the bandits spawning ridiculously every 5 seconds.
