Have you ever thought about removing CDs at HotM’s lobby so you can reach perfection with your rotation of skills?
As I see it, it’s a waste of time to wait for CDs to finish. Abolutely pointless imo.

I know players might trolling and perma-spam skill(s) but if Arena-net could limit the usage of skills. For example; a player spam A skill constantly just for the sake of trolling or just love the shiny effect, then the skill enters into CD of 5min or something like that.

Do you agree? if not state why please.

Make that turn on/off so once you do get the hang of it do it with CD.

They could just make it so they automatically come off CD when you come out of combat, like with your health. While in combat they would function normally.

Yes this or maybe an NPC you can talk to to reset your CD’s, can be a bit annoying the long cd if you need to test something with your elites
