Remove Karma Consumables.

Account bound* Character bound means on just one char..
I see what you mean, but I think its still nice getting a drop/somthing random that can just give you Karma.
I think its nice actually having an item to give you karma, also it gives an actual use for karma boosts and if they go away my karma ascended trinkets will be deemed useless.
Only annoying thing is opening them when you save them up ;p
lazila: You’re aware that the karma boosts are going to stop applying to liquid karma as of the next update, right? Makes the karma ascended trinkets … well, not completely useless, but much less useful. With that change, there will be no real reason to store liquid karma — it’ll be just like bags of gold, AFAICT.

The karma boosts won’t work on consumable karma as of the 3rd of September. It was originally on the 20th of August update but due to poor communication they extended it to the 3rd of September.

General
The amount of karma granted from consumable karma items has been increased. Karma boosts no longer affect the amount of karma gained from consumable items.
The minimap and objective list no longer disappear when a character is downed or defeated.

Yes this is what I mean, liquid karma is pointless. It just takes up space in our inventory/banks. Originally consumables such as liquid karma were useful because they allowed us to choose which character got the karma but now they are useless.

As far as I know, karma items are still necessary to allow champions to award it when killed (drop boxes that contain karma, champions don’t give karma on kill unless an actual event) [also applies to chests/etc]. For the daily, however, the jug should just be replaced with equivalent karma.
In my prediction, prolly those will be removed anytime soon. But in my opnion, there is still some task that is a visualization of rewards for those consumables. Those indicate “what is the karma” to newbies. So I wish those remain like wispy in this game.

Why can’t the karma automatically be added to the account wallet when you open the champion boxes, like what happens with the 3 Dungeon tokens when you open the boss bags.

Actually, because of the change they’re making to consumable karma they probably won’t remove them. If they take away consumables and just give us karma directly that karma will probably be influenced by karma % again. By leaving them in consumable form they can ensure that a specific amount of karma is received each time.
On the same note I have no idea why they care. I’m sitting on over two million karma right now because I have absolutely nothing to do with it. I could not care less if I got full value, shorted or extra karma from any one sorce because it never gets used on anything anyway.
