Remove Transmutation Stones
Because Costume Slots are either free or a one-time purchase, while the stones needs to be bought several times, thus giving more income. That is of course unless the Costume Slots costs like 8000 gems or something like that, but I doubt anyone would be happy about that.
Armor with stats should never, and most likely never will, in the gemstore, since that is more or less the definition of Pay to Win.
Another thing to keep in mind is that you can get quite a few stones in-game without ever buying a single thing in the store.

Disagree with OP. Transmutation stones are indeed to way to go. The only thing I would change is getting some fine transmutation stones from the daily every now and then. Once you hit lvl 80 regular transmutation stones are useless.

You already can actually.
But I agree, they should increase the drop rate for them a bit.

Your RNG must be better than my RNG cause I have never gotten fine transmutation stones from daily or monthly and I complete them religiously.

Never said that armor with stats should be sold in gem store, I said that armor that already exist, those with stats, should be able to go into the costume slots, to give you the look of it.
Transmutation stones destroy the armor you transmute over, and you have to buy the armor over again.
As an example, I want all my different sets to look like Tier 3, but I can’t, since then I have to buy Tier 3 over, and over again for each set.

That means you’re using them wrong. Transmutation stones allow you to choose which appearance vs which stats you want of two items. If you’re destroying the appearance of an item you want then you shouldn’t be transmuting it in the first place.
The fact that you have multiple sets, though, is your problem. Personally I don’t understand how or why people would play this way. Find the build that works best and stick to it.

I think he is using them right, he just has mulitple sets of armor with different stats on them and wants them all to look like t3. So yes, in order to do that, I believe he would have to buy t3 set multiple times. IMO that is “working as intended”.
As to the multiple armor sets. I do this as well. But only 2 sets. When I am doing something like a dungeon I am learning or if the grou kitten truggling, I wear P/V/T. But if it were something I am comfortable with and the group is doing well, I will wear my magic find set.
