Remove ability to travel to way points whilst alive in World vs World.

I think they should remove the ability to teleport to your start waypoint whilst in World Vs World, it is abused constantly by weak, cowardly player’s playing classes with access to haste, invisibility and teleports. During my time solo pvping around the borderland’s, I will come across many of these player’s who fall to the might of The Great Giganto and his magical purple sword. However, every so often my victim’s will try to escape, using their speed advantage to keep out of my staff’s reach then instantly teleporting to their start waypoint. In my eyes, this is abusing the system.
I suggest either of the following changes to be made:
Remove the ability to teleport to any waypoint in World vs World unless dead.
or
Add a 5 minute cooldown after combat before you can teleport to a waypoint.
or
Make teleporting to a waypoint in WvW a charged skill, say 10-20 seconds where you cannot move or it will break the cast.

2) it applies to 200 vs 200 as well, you kill a bunch of guy’s only for 100 of the fleeing one’s to all teleport to waypoint, where’s the fun in that?
3)the cooldown out of combat is ridiculous, I have had a guy run away for 5 second’s then waypoint home.

No. Kiting is a tactic and if they outrun you for long enough to get out of combat, they will outrun you anyway, and by them WPing they are actually saving you a kittenload of time that you would’ve spent chasing them.

A reasonable idea. Reinforcing a keep with siege is a hell of a lot easier when I can just use the keep’s waypoint to get back once I got the supply. And it feels a little cheap to do so.
Mobility is a useful tool in WvW, and being able to warp to a waypoint at practically any time seems to be a bit over-strong in the mobility area. There could be a horde of enemies between you and your keep, but as long as they haven’t started attacking your keep yet you can bypass the army with a quick warp bringing your supply with you.
And then there’s the waypoint escape method. If you are far behind enemy lines wrecking dolyaks and guards and you see some righteous fury coming over the hill at you, you really should not be able to just warp out of there before they reach you. It has potential to even more ridiculous with organized group on comms.
A quick RTB call and a sizable force just vanished into the wind to keep harassing camps and towers. A lot of action movies would have been a lot diffrent if soldiers behind enemy lines could just WP to safety. "Alright Private Ryan, we were told to come get you and bring you home. WP to omaha beach now soldier, that’s an order."
