Please remove forced full body blue / green / red dyes in WvW from the characters of opposing home worlds.
Their names already already red, stating that they are “Home World Server” Invaders / Defenders etc.
We dun need a forced full body color template to be applied onto them.
The same goes for sPvP too.

well i want to see what colors they have on their armors.
and to me it is kinda ridiculous when the enemies are all the same color red / blue / green while on our end is all kinds of colors.
their “name tags” above their heads is already red stating that they are hostiles. the names will show which home world server they are from.
retaining their original colors would be a nice touch.
why the forced full body colors dye in the first place anyway?

by the way what do you think about the forced colors?
hmmm and another reason would be
- if i got taken down in a 1vs1 skirmish i would like to know how my killer looked like
- if i take down someone in a 1vs skirmish i would want them to remember me

I actually don’t mind it so much that it allows me to clearly see who is on who’s side, but I didn’t want to put a direct disagreement on this. :P
The real reason why they are all 1 color is to reduce lag.
I’m surprised we don’t all just look the same!
The reason the game uses a single colour is because there’s less data to send over the connection.
That’s why you get invisible people, because they’re ‘culling’ players for optimum data flow that won’t destroy a slow connection some people may have.
Wasn’t it not forced team colours before?
If culling is the problem, why not make it optional? They could even add an option for standardized armor too, to make it even less demanding (5 races x 2 sexes x 3 armor types = only 30 different models, instead of 100’s, and they could be pre-loaded to be even faster to render).
In war people wear uniforms of the same color to help identify who is who.
They should allow all cosmetics in pve but restricted in pvp.

Sorry, I play the game, not the GUI. Its important for me to see enemies (& friendlies, why don’t they force our own teams colors?) wear the same color to denote their alignment.
I’d much rather we removed the completely unnecessary tags from above the players, it makes it really hard to hide with that bloody neon sign above your head stating that you’re here. And no, making it “optional” wouldn’t solve the problem.
