I checked the first two pages and didn’t see anything on this, though I’m sure it’s been brought up before.

The issue is prevelant in WvW Groups. When someone in a group decides to leave the Mists and go back to Tyria or logs out (goes back to Tyria) they stay in the group, have their portriate blacked out (as they’re in a different zone) and cannot be removed from the group.

This almost always results in people needing to leave groups and reform them.

The work around of course is to have people leave group before leaving WvW. But since we cannot count on people to do that all of the time it would be nice to have an option to remove them. Reporting is currently the only option available.

Please fix this. This is the most annoying UI problem in the game.

Agreed. Happened about four times to me last night in WvWvW (and countless other times in the past). A player logs off but neglects to leave the party. They can’t be kicked from the party from within WvWvW. Instead what happens is:

1) A party member who is still online has to leave WvWvW (return to LA, for example).

2) That party member can then access the menu that gives the option to kick the offline player from the party.

3) Another party member seconds the kick vote.

4) The first party member then has to return to WvWvW (and hope they don’t wind up in a queue).

I’m not sure of the rationale behind locking out the kick option while in WvWvW. However, at a minimum, please give us the option to vote kick offline players who are still in the party.

There is no reason not to be able to kick someone from your party while in WvW.
