So we ran a CM story mode. One of the guy join us, always AFK and lag behind the group. When he died, he does not even bother to run back. When we like 5 pulls before final boss, he just log out and ditched up.
Our 4 people group all agreed, this guy deserve to be reported. Generally GW2 community does not have that many azzhole, so few individual that really really duoch bags should be punish to some degree, or at least be notice to any group they join, so we can discourage duoch bagz azzhole behavior

All you need to do is remember his name and not invite him the next time.

maybe report for bad manner?
League of Legend has many report option for poor game play, manner etc
even SC2 community give bad manner a lot of trouble
I guess ANet could include a player rating system but that will most likely just be abused.
