Hello,

I’d like to see a subtle change to the dailies and the way they award achievement points.

- Create a Daily Meta Achievement, i.e. with 5 tiers which give 1 achievement point each.
- Completion of any daily category awards the next tier in the Meta.
- All normal daily categories give 0 achievement points.
- Completion of the Daily Meta awards you the daily reward (laurels, etc.)

This way you can actually chose which 5 daily achievements you want to do today, get the daily reward and the maximum achievement points. This way you can go for even some unusual dailies (like maybe escorting 3 Dolyaks) which maybe only a few people would like to participate in.

This is good idea :-)

Because I hate doing daily Dungeon story just to get max achievement point :-(

Especially, when no one in your guild want to do any story and you are short in time so am going to pass this achievement point.

Before & After :
Before the daily system changed, I was able to finish all dailies in 30-40mins max
After the daily system changed, sometimes it takes up to 2 hours to finish.

Sadly, Arenanet seems to think playing GW2 must be more of a chore grind than any other MMO… Hopefully this will change back soon, since in the beginning completing the dailies (not the laurel daily but the achievement points daily) was still fun, nowadays it’s just more and more of a pain…

It’s still fun. Stop focusing on achievement points. They don’t enhance your game. You can still do achievements without worrying about points too.
