See a well, we may get water to water the plants. Outcome (tally by how many players do A or B in X period of time, A] crops bloom. after x period of time when you revisit, the area may be infested with pests or taken over by bandits. B] Crops died, Hunger, villager move away etc
See a wolf chasing a villager, A] we chase off the wolf, B] we kill the wolf. A] wolf turns out to be a norn, they are grateful. etc. B] Its relative taken the villager hostage .
*This is not related to the Hearts. because its not “instant reward” targeting one player, this happens as we travel the land of Tyria, and its reaction is related to actions of a collection of players. we help along the way, at the end of x time, our goodwill will tally and the outcome remold the world and the rewards we gets.
