Rework quick res utility skills.
Yes I agree those could be a bit more useful now.

WIth the new improved “no graveyard rushing” in dungeons, which I think is a good step to be honest, I feel that the soft res skills we have, like the Battle Standard, Sig of Undeath for instance needs a change in their mechanic, why not make them Hard resses as well?
So they can revived defeated players as well, or atleast have them work as player ressing, granting some hp back when used so it does not take too long to combat res someone.
TL:DR – Res skills work as either hard resses or grant a % back to defeated players when used.
