Could there be any possible fix for this?, the skill is a great escape tool but if your running down a slanted path/hill that you can normally just easily run down, the skill basically kills your health off like a gaint DoT until the skill finishes, I don’t quite understand why it would do this either as even if I was to run and keep jumping down to the end of the hill I still wouldn’t lose any health at all because it is just a slanted path on a hill, yet the skill seems to want to kill you.

Don’t know if this is a bug or what but if this could be “fixed” in some way then that would be great.

my ele hit a tree for lolz, and died once using ride the lightning. i like the escape use for it, but if it auto targets something else, it defeats the purpose, a bit.

It’s an offensive spell that allows the ele to close on a target and follow up with damage, snares, etc.

I keep this in mind when I use it tactically for running and/or escaping, i.e. I turn off autotargeting and make sure I’m pointed in a safe direction before pressing ⁴.
