Ridiculous respawn rates

I’ve found the respawn to be an issue now and then, and yeah, it can be pretty irritating. But usually I’m able to overcome it by nailing down my tactics and being REALLY aggressive. If you can clear the mobs fast enough, you can cut your way through, so it’s usually a matter of pulling out all the tricks in your bag and treating it like a champion encounter. When you approach those situations in the same way as any other world content, you just won’t have the power to push through it.
There’s only been one place I wasn’t able to carve through on my own due to rapid respawns, and I was able to remedy that by patiently waiting for another player to come by. But that still didn’t save me from some pretty significant initial repair costs.

I have two opinions on this that would be ideal to fix this issue.
1 – start dynamically merging server instances so you always achieve a minimum population in the zone for your spawn rates (technically hard), or
2 – simply don’t spawn any wiped creatures until another PC enters a radius.
So either you get max participation, or if the zone is empty you feel like you accomplished something until Leroy Jenkins starts running toward you.
guys. please help anet to help you. WHEN you come across these insta-spawns? bug report them, as SOON as you get to a safe spot. screenshot where you are, note where you were, and bug report them. saying “insta-spawns suck!” doesn’t help anet help us.
