Riffles - skills for engineer
You have to think of the “rifle” skills more as smooth-bore musket skills on the Engineer cause that’s really what they are .
the rifle skills are fine the way they are imo. open with the net skill that keeps the mob in one place fore a few seconds then fire normal shots. when it gets close use blunderbuss to give em the bleeding effect followed immediately by overcharged shot. then net em again and fire until dead. i really don’t see a reason to change the skills
