Rising sense of punishing players for working hard (Letter to Anet from a jilted lover!)

Dear Anet,
This is my suggestion. It may sound like a gripe, but all suggestions are usually born from discontentment.
I am concerned about the continuing trend of “punishing” skilled players. I draw this from the loot “anti-bot” system, and the dungeon speed clearing debuff. I completely understand that these were meant to protect players but I feel as though the people being punished are devoted gamers.
Dungeons: Debuff? Why are you punishing me! I just want to love you!
One example is dungeons – the speed clearing debuff is ridiculous. You’re punishing players who have skill and/or put in hardwork to understand the mechanics and spend time to become a cohesive group. I am the latter. My guild decided to learn how to do AC. We got together, read guides, Learn’t each others skills, brainstormed (we’re not skilled players so we had to do this) and we got our time down from 1 hr and half, to 30 mins. We were very proud. We put in hard work, and we got our reward. However this debuff makes me feel like we’re doing something wrong. Why are we getting punished? Did we do something wrong by trying to be skilled at your game?
Now, I’m not just whining – I have a suggestion!
If you realised people were farming items WAY too fast than you expected and you want to slow down the rate people are getting items/money/rewards, perhaps change you wording. Instead of debuffing the rest of the trips, call the first trip “daily bonus round” or "first clear bonus.’ There is no reason to be punishing players for loving and adoring your game. I realise that there are reasons behind your actions, so while I dislike having my loot downscaled, I’m suggesting you change the general atmosphere behind the system.
White lies are not all bad
Pretend you’re rewarding us for the first trip and all the downscaled runs afterwards are "normal.’ Even though it’s the same, I won’t feel like my love of your game is one sided. Using the word “debuff” should only be used when you want to punish the player – if you really wanted to punish us for working hard and investing time into perfecting the game I’d like to know why.
Anti-bot farming fix is like a mean step-mother
A quick note here – I want to work hard to get my loot. No doubt about that. I’m not hear to complain about difficulty. I’m talking about how if I want to play in a area that gives me high rewards, I have to move onto another area even it’s not half as fun as the previous area. As players we want choice. As for lvl 80 zones in GW2 there already isn’t much, but now the anti-farming fix is punishing me for playing too much! I left home so I could play as much GW2 as I want (okay – so this might be hyperbole). If I want to play 6 hours+ in a “rump kicking” area – I should be able to. Instead my step-mother of an anti-farming fix slowly reduces my loot until I am forced to move onto an area against my will. It sounds whiny, espcially with the step-mother joke, but please see that my argument is sound. I want to play your game ALL DAY LONG, why are you pushing me away?! Bots are troublesome – I completely understand, but please don’t punish me for their wrong doings. For this, I admit I have no suggestion, other than lift the anti-farming ban and place more resources into banning techniques.
I love Anet. I love GW2. Anet, you made me believe again that a company can be made up of decent hardworking designers. I raise these concerns because I think the game is wonderful and I want to support it, but I don’t want to feel like my love is one sided.
