Since it’s a convenient hub, shouldn’t there be a skill trainer? I mean it has everything an adventurer could want, banks, crafting stations, a mini-zommoros…

Why isn’t there a skill trainer/retraiter?

There is no reason to ever buy, use or go to the Royal Terrace. The only thing there that isn’t already in DR proper, and not even that far away are the portals and well. If you’re portaling anyway, go to LA. For the well, if it’s really that important then I can’t help.
