I’ve been trying to get Agent of Entropy. The bane of my existence is green-rarity equipment. I don’t feel that greens are worthwhile enough to deem needing a prompt. They aren’t really worth all that much. The only rarity that should give the prompt are rares and up. It’s really annoying having to double click on the salvage kit again after salvaging every single green.

I agree. I salvage a ton of items that are below the quality of rares, especially if they don’t sell for much. I’m part of the I want less confirmation prompts across the board crowd. I vote yes for your suggestion.

Really annoying to the point that I stopped salvaging stuff because the achievement is not worth all the extra pop-ups.

This. And they said when they remove Magic Find, they will introduce item to boost it by salvaging stuff. I hope they remove the prompt until then.
