I would like to see an option for SAVING/LOADING BUILDS, and eventually sharing them.

Make an icon on the right side of the skill bar (symetrical to the weapon swap icon) that would serve this purpose.

Left-clicking the icon would simply tooltip 5 slots for builds. From here, left-clicking one of those slots would instantly load that build with saved weapons, skills, armor, accessories and traits.

Right-clicking a slot would offer an option to Save, Rename, and possibly to Mail it to a player.

When opening a build in a mail it would show a character screen previewing the build, upon which a player could right-click a desired slot and save that build to his character.

Each character would have his own 5 slots for build management, so that I could have 5 easily accessible builds for my Guardian for different uses in WvW, PvP or PvE; and my Necro would also have 5 of his own build slots.

It would greatly help in playing my character for instance in WvW and switching through different roles, ie. runner, support, offense etc.

One of the Devs have mentioned about this. (Can’t seem to find the link)
Just like GW1, GW2 will also have this sort of feature in future updates.

I have a feeling we’ll see some great things in future content patches. In my MMORPG experience, no developer patches games with cool stuff like Anet. They always impressed me in GW1 with how they listened to the players and made good changes. Not just skill nerfs and bug fixes and the like. But actual UI & gameplay changes that improved overall play experience.

Yeah, please!

How about add a minus button to the Traits panel? It will make things easier to try out new builds.

It takes a really long time to go to a city, reach the trainer and ask him to reset your Traits. That’s even worse when the trainer is in a bad mood. Now, think about going to a trainer in a bad day and missclicking the last trait point while spending them .

Sometimes all you want is make a small little change (1 or 5 points). I think using the same Guild Wars 1 approach where you can change your points when you are in the city (or outside the a battle, in GW2).

I’d like to have a place to save previous builds. Again, like GW1.
