Guild Wars 2

Just a simple idea, I think anyway, not really sure how or what sort of coding would go into it.

I’d like to see maybe an Exotic Scepter, that is.. nothing. Like, call it ’Channeler’s Hand’ or something. Idea would be that instead of using a scepter to use the skill/magic, it would actually be their hand.

Though, I’ve only really played Elementalist, so I’m not sure what all the other professions look like when using a Scepter. But it would work for sure with an elementalist.

Other professions actually use the scepter for casting (the attacks come out of the end of the scepter and the animations are that of swinging the scepter), so no, it wouldn’t work unfortunately. Unless they introduce profesison-specific weapons.

This could work with Necromancers too, actually. Mesmer too, to some degree (maybe add a slight shield effect to the Counterspell). Not sure about Guardian, but I don’t see anything immediately wrong with it either. +1 for the creativity.
