Hello ArenaNet and let me be the first of many to say what an amazing MMO this team has put together for us! I love the idea of Black Lion Trading Company and its amazing ability to browse and trade items on the fly. I think that by adding a filter in its search function to search items by profession would be a real time saver for those of us who just enjoy browsing what’s out there for our individual character.

Example: I am a level 20 human engineer and would love to see what out there is selling for level 20 engineers. Normally I would filter out a level cap of 20 for weapons and armor and select what type I was searching for. This, however, led me to hundreds of pages of level 20 armor that did not suit my engineer profession.

I like this idea! It seems like a very simple feature to say “ranger equipment” and have it sort for just medium armor and weapons usable by the class.
