Guild Wars 2

For 10 years, I have been playing with changing passwords in different games. Let you know there are friends and Family having fun. They work so hard getting there crafting materials from level 1-400. Some of those take so long in creating good gears. I spent my time every Friday night in world verses world with my friends in guild. Then on Saturday at midnight eastern time on stormbluf server. I logged off.Then I woke up early morning logging in, where a the client shows black screen saying there is account error. Now I did not think of my account getting hacked because you have this email saying authenticating at the location in the world. But my email said nothing at all and it has a different password. Finally Guild wars 2 has helped me by answering five hours later saying that we resetted your account. So logging in at 8 pm after works showed all my character near cities with no money left and crafting materials.
I want to ask the guild wars development to come up with a better account. There are young kids and family playing. Try some better way to have a secret word that only that person knows by heart. Also find a way to investigate and banned those people who are getting a way. We were gonna purchase gems from the game and new slots, but now my husband and I are concern about using any money account to buy stuff from guild wars. I know I am not the only one that has been hacked. I know there are more people who has the same problem, but can you developers come with some ideas for us to enjoy the game and have fun, and know that our account is safe. Thank you listening
